Jitters Rocks With Christopher Payne-Taylor

Jitters Rocks With Christopher Payne-Taylor

Friday, April 17 brings Christopher Payne-Taylor, acoustic garage rocker, to Jitters Coffeehouse at 8PM. Christopher is an acoustic garage rocker with a sophisticated intellectualism and punk-flavored sensibility. He couples a wry, irreverent stage presence with sets of dark, lyrical musings on love, lust, pain and spirituality.

Co-founder of New York punk band, Karyn Satin & the Bedsheets, in the iconic CBGB’s era, he is also co-founder of AdME (Advertising- driven Mobile Entertainment), a cutting-edge start-up in the branded mobile advertainment arena.

Most recently, he has developed "Brand The Band," a seminar series scheduled to be delivered at music conferences such as the Cape May Singer/Songwriter conference in Cape May, NJ, and performance venues such as Mocha Maya's in Shelburne Falls. "Brand The Band" helps bands and/or solo artists build their own brands using the same marketing, branding, imaging, messaging and identity-creation tools that are the industry standard for advertising, marketing and promotions professionals worldwide.

Payne-Taylor has just released his latest single, "What Love Can Do," a punk pop paean to the power of love and its ability to collide with and change our lives.

To Kill a Mockingbird book

To Kill a Mockingbird book search - Rarely can you find someone who has read this novel and not enjoyed it. In fact, a 1991 survey by the Book of the Month Club ranked it second among books “most often cited as making a difference” (in the lives of readers). Guess what book was first? That’s right, the Bible.
