Martin Luther King Jr., in his historic speech given on Aug. 28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., said "I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal,'" a phrase taken from the Declaration of Independence.
What progress have we made with civil rights in the past 40 years since Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated? Do you feel certain categories of people face discrimination? How?
